Venue

Earls Court is right in the heart of London, and is well connected locally by bus or tube and nationally by road, rail or coach. However, we recommend travelling to Earls Court by public transport, so try leaving the car at home or driving to the outskirts of London and catching the train in.

Business Centre

Photocopying, faxing and IT facilities, including internet access, are available to organisers and exhibitors in Earls Court 2. A list of charges is available from the Organisers Office. Exhibitors may pay by cash or cheque.

Cloakrooms

The cloakroom is located at the front of the exhibition hall it is open from half an hour before the event opens until half an hour after it closes. A charge per item is payable. Items left in the cloakrooms when they close each day will be taken to the Traffic Office, where they can be collected on production of the correct ticket.

First Aid

The First Aid centre is located at the front of the hall. It is staffed by qualified nurses during the event. Earls Court Control Centre Staff and gate staff are all qualified first aiders and can also assist in an emergency.

Lost Property

Any lost property should be handed in to one of the Earls Court cloakrooms during the open period of an event. Items will be kept for three months. During an event, visitors can enquire directly at cloakroom 7 (EC1) about lost property or call 020 7370 8725. Outside event times, you can write to: Lost Property Office, Earls Court Exhibition Centre, Warwick Road, London SW5 9TA.

Post Office

The nearest post office to Earls Court 2 is located on Earls Court Road (opposite the tube station entrance).

Restaurants

The bar and catering outlets within the hall will be open throughout the open period of the show.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted within the exhibition hall or theatres.

Although there is not a taxi rank at this entrance to the venue, black taxis can be hailed from the West Brompton or Warwick Road gates.
