How Important is the Cloud and how much should you rely on it?

The Cloud is over hyped - the internet is not 100% reliable and cloud services are not 100% up - recent examples with BT losing power in Birmingham taking out half the country; Blackberry cloud service has led to Email being down for the past 2 days... So the question is - how important is the cloud and how much should you rely on it?Aerohive is saying: Use the cloud, benefit from the cost savings, data backup, disaster recover etc... but don't rely on it for your oxygen! Wireless network access is critical to many businesses - regardless of internet access. Aerohive Cloud Management does not mean the wireless network fails just because the management is not available. You get the best of both worlds!

When and Where?
