Puni is Research Director at the Governance Board. In this role, she advises its private community of CFOs and CIOs and develops frameworks for measuring progress towards better practical governance. She built her reputation for fact-based decision support as a business process auditor at Deloitte. Since then, she has conducted IT consumption, management and sales research in Europe and Asia Pacific. She has also ‘walked the talk’ in marketing and delivery management roles at Cray and Olivetti. Puni is expert at understanding enterprise software and services use and buying behaviour.
